We’re Imcke and Luan — husband and wife, photographer, videographer, adventurers and two people who love moments.
We both grew up in the small towns of Tzaneen and Phalaborwa, spent some time chasing life in the city, and eventually found our way back home to Limpopo — closer to the bushveld, the people we love and the places that feel most like us.
Whether we’re photographing a wedding beneath the Lowveld sun, documenting an intimate elopement or travelling somewhere completely new with our cameras in hand, our approach remains the same:

Why Route Photography?
Just like yours, our story has a route.
It has taken us down many roads - some planned, some not.
Route Photo & Film was the unexpected part of ours that we did not know we needed.
Two people from small Lowveld towns, each following our own path, building careers, falling involve, getting married and discovering along the way just how much we love capturing the stories of others.
And what a privilege it is that, for a little while, our route gets to cross yours.
